I'm not well...

Well it appears that the years of stress have taken there toll on me and that the little Virus, I had on Iona has had a nasty effect I'm now left with some form of Post Viral Fatigue.

So I'm now Staling to stay awake, can't concentrate, can't think properly and have strange mood swings (I know sounds like a normal day with me!). Best of all I can't sleep when I'm in bed... So I'm rather tired

Doctor is carrying out some blood tests, so will here in a couple of days the results.
